How long until my order ships?

Every part is printed to order. Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Large items like beds and flatbeds can take 5-10 days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.​

Will this part fit my truck?

Every product page lists exactly what it fits — and what it doesn't. If your setup isn't listed, email us at thenastycustoms@gmail.com before you order. We'd rather answer a question than process a return, and we answer most questions same day.

What are your parts made of?

PETG-CF(Carbon Fiber), PETG-GF(Glass Fiber), and TPU are our primary materials. Material and color details are listed on each product page. Colors may vary slightly between batches based on filament availability — performance never does.

Are 3D printed parts actually durable?

We run every design on our own rigs before it goes on the site. These aren't someone else's files run off on a printer — they're our own original designs tested on the trail optimized for strength and print quality. If a part fails in normal use, see our replacement policy below.

What if my part breaks or arrives damaged?

We will send you a replacement at no cost. Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Returns & Limited Warranty policy.​

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, we are working to offer most of our files on YouMagine so you can print yourself!

Do you sell digital files?

Yes, we are working to add most of our files on YouMagine and we even have some that arent offered here on our web store as physical prints!

Can you make a custom part or a custom version?

Sometimes — that's literally how half our catalog started! Use the contact form with details about your build and we'll tell you whether it's something we can do.
